about

Fork and Knife is back with his signature hard hitting 140 sonic sound exploring the best of UK Rap, Grime and Garage culture. Enlisting Shogun and his razor sharp tongue, the pair are coming in strong with a baseline matched only by the Scottish rapper’s lyrical prowess.

This one packs a punch and brings with it some serious HEAT 🔥🔥🔥

About Fork and Knife
Bristol based Fork and Knife has covered a lot of ground musically. Focusing on Grime and Garage whilst exploring a multitude of other genres and bpms, he has carved a sound that pays homage to the heavy music that shaped his tastes as well as the underground club scenes he is now a part of. Working alongside MCs Killa P, SBK, Juma, and Rame to name a few, his signature sound serves as a perfect backdrop to a club ready, vocal tune.
With support from BBC Radio 1, 1xtra, Rinse, Reprezent and NTS and being named ‘One to Watch’ by the Guardian, he’s garnered a fair bit of attention in the ‘bass music’ circle. Releases on In:flux Audio, Cocobolo Sound, 1Forty and Raw Tactics have seen him achieve the number 1 spots on both Juno Download and Beatport’s various charts many times as well as a 9/10 review in DJMag.

About Shogun
Scottish rapper Shogun rose to popularity in 2016 for his lyrically sharp, fierce and politically charged performance in his freestyle video Vulcan and gained further credibility when he starred on the BBC Three show ‘The Rap Game UK’ leading to an almost overnight success which lead to him securing a spot on UK rapper Akala’s tour.
Gaining platinum and gold status for his releases in 2017, Shogun moves from strength to strength and now has work in the pipe-line with reputable name Dizzee Rascal and collaboration releases with sessions set up by RCA with platinum-selling producers Mokuba Lives (Barking) and Chris Andoh (Vossi Bop)

Shogun has received praise for his technical ability giving Scottish rap a national spotlight across TV, radio and digital outlets and is not letting up the pressure as he continues to hustle and make waves on the scene.
